Summary: There are no ads, no remarketing and nothing for sale on this site. The only tool that uses cookies is Google Analytics 4, and its analytics cookies are set only if you click “Accept”. We use what you send through the contact form only to reply and prepare a quote, and keep it for at most 2 years. We do not sell your data.

Contact form
When you use the form on our contact page, we receive your full name, email address, company name (optional), the scope and budget range you select, your message and the language of the form.
We use this information to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. Messages are stored on the site’s server in a directory that cannot be accessed from the web, and forwarded by email to info@jantecreative.com. They are kept for at most 2 years and then deleted automatically. If we go on to work together, the retention periods required by the applicable legislation apply.
Your IP address is not stored with your message. To prevent abuse of the form, a one-way, irreversible hash of your IP address is kept for at most 1 hour.
Email, phone and WhatsApp
When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we use what you share only to reply to you. WhatsApp is a service provided by Meta and is subject to its own privacy policy.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-BDC4HVN7J0) to understand how the site is used. It runs with Google Consent Mode v2:
- Before you give consent: No analytics cookie is set. However, under Consent Mode, limited signals without cookies or persistent identifiers (for example, that a page was viewed) may be sent to Google. These signals carry no identifier that recognises you from one visit to the next.
- If you click “Accept”: Google Analytics cookies are set and your visit is measured together with usage data such as the pages you view and your device and browser type.
- Advertising cookies: Not used. Ad storage is always denied.
- IP address: Google Analytics 4 does not log IP addresses.
Analytics data is processed by Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited on servers outside Turkey. This is a cross-border transfer, and its legal basis is the explicit consent you give through the cookie banner (KVKK Article 9). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

A cookie is a small text file that a website saves in your browser. On this site, Google Analytics is the only tool that uses cookies, and it runs only with your consent. The site does not need any cookies to work.

Changing your preferences
You can change your choice at any time: Change cookie preferences. The same link appears at the bottom of every page as “Cookie settings” and reopens the cookie banner. If you decline, analytics cookies will no longer be set; you can delete any existing ones in your browser settings.
You can also delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser. If you do, your theme and language choices will not be remembered and the cookie banner will appear again.
Other details
- Fonts: Served from the site’s own server. We do not use Google Fonts, so no third-party request is made for fonts.
- Ads and sales: There are no ads, no remarketing and no sales on this site.
- Hosting: The site runs on the servers of the company we use for hosting.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. It is shared only as far as the service requires, with:
- Our hosting provider, because contact form messages are stored on the site’s server.
- Our email service provider, because form messages and your emails are delivered and stored through it.
- Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited, for analytics, only if you consent.
- Competent public authorities, only where a legal obligation arises and to the extent requested.
Purposes and legal bases (KVKK)
- Contact form, email, phone and WhatsApp: replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote. Legal bases: processing is necessary for entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and for our legitimate interests (Art. 5/2-f).
- Abuse prevention (IP hash): our legitimate interests (Art. 5/2-f).
- If we work together: performing the contract (Art. 5/2-c) and complying with legal obligations (Art. 5/2-a and 5/2-ç).
- Analytics cookies and the transfer abroad: your explicit consent given through the cookie banner (Art. 5/1 and Art. 9). You can withdraw it at any time.
We collect data electronically, through the contact form, email, phone, WhatsApp and, with your consent, analytics cookies.
Retention
- Contact form messages: at most 2 years, then deleted automatically.
- One-way IP hash: at most 1 hour.
- If we work together: the periods required by the applicable legislation.
- Analytics cookies: 2 years; you can delete them in your browser at any time.
Your rights under KVKK Article 11
You have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed;
- request information if it has been processed;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used for that purpose;
- know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom your data is transferred;
- request correction if your data is incomplete or inaccurate;
- request erasure or destruction of your data under the conditions in KVKK Article 7;
- request that third parties to whom your data was transferred be notified of any correction, erasure or destruction;
- object to a result against you arising from analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems;
- claim compensation if you suffer damage because your data was processed unlawfully.
How to make a request
Send your request by email to info@jantecreative.com, stating your full name, contact details and what you are asking for. If we need to confirm that the request comes from you, we may ask for additional information.
Under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, we respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
If your request is rejected, you find our answer insufficient, or we do not respond in time, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu; KVKK Article 14).
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
We update this policy when the tools we use or the way we process data change. The current version is always on this page.
